When you purchase premium subscriptions, we collect purchase receipts and transaction data through Apple's App Store to verify and manage your subscription status.

• OpenAI: We send reminder text content to OpenAI for AI processing and natural language understanding. This enables our app to intelligently parse and schedule your reminders.
• Apple App Store: Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We receive transaction receipts to verify premium subscription status. Apple handles all payment processing according to their privacy policy.
• Supabase: We use Supabase as our database service provider to store usage data, subscription status, and app functionality data.

No Advertising or Marketing

We do not share your information with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing companies. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Secure data transmission to third-party services
• Limited data retention (usage data is automatically deleted after 30 days)
• Device-based identification (no personal accounts required)
• Minimal data collection (only what's necessary for app functionality)

Subscription Management

Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store:

• Monthly Premium: $2.49/month for 20 AI requests per day
• Yearly Premium: $19.99/year for 20 AI requests per day
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Cancel anytime without penalty

Data Retention

We retain data for the following periods:

• Usage data: 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Subscription data: Until subscription expires or is cancelled
• Device identifiers: Until you delete the app
• Reminder content: Not stored permanently, only sent to OpenAI for processing

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Stop using AI features (and avoid data sharing with OpenAI)
• Cancel premium subscriptions at any time
• Delete the app to remove all associated data
• Contact us with questions about your data

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

International Users
